Job description

Our client is an award-winning human resources consulting firm dedicated to providing Human Resources expertise and resources to meet the needs of small businesses located in NYC, Long Island, and NG.

They are growing and expanding their service area, and their growth strategy includes adding a Human Resources Operations Manager to lead the team. The HR Operations Manager will serve as an integral part of the leadership team by overseeing the daily management of business operations including service delivery and quality, internal company projects, teamwork assignments, scheduling, team development, project performance management, client satisfaction, and retention.

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Operations Manager's responsibilities include the daily management of the operations of the Company; overseeing all internal and external projects, processes, and workflows as they relate to the Company and its service delivery team and capabilities in a manner that ensures profitability and overall client satisfaction and retention. The position reports to the Principal of the Company.

Compensation: $100,000, flexibility commensurate with experience

Education:

1. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience in operations and management in a professional service setting such as a Law firm or accounting firm.

Experience:

1. A minimum of seven (7) years’ work experience in operations and management in a professional service setting such as law or an accounting firm.

2. Demonstrated experience in leading service delivery, business operations, or project management.

3. A minimum of five (5) years work experience in human resources.

4. SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or related HR credential is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
