Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.


We are seeking a Human Resources Representative on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.


The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and project support for the job description standardization project. This role will support enabling project workflows, responding to manager inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations within the job description management system.



Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and HR partners with inquiries related to job descriptions, providing timely and accurate assistance.
  • Set up and configure workflows within the job description management system to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Generate draft job descriptions for managerial review, ensuring all necessary elements are included and align with company standards.
  • Troubleshoot system-related issues and collaborate with internal teams or vendor support to resolve them promptly.
  • Track project progress, maintain comprehensive status reports, and proactively identify and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Assist in communication efforts, including drafting project updates and reminders to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Support data entry, perform quality checks, and assist with audit processes to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Perform other general project coordination tasks as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-4 years’ experience in project coordination/support
  • Experience creating and reviewing job descriptions
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service and support to managers and other stakeholders throughout the project
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure project components are on track
