We are seeking an Workforce & HR Compliance Specialist - I-9 on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role will focus on auditing Form I-9 documentation and E-Verify records to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness.
Responsibilities:
- Audit Form I-9s and confirm E-Verify cases are properly completed
- Identify and correct documentation discrepancies
- Partner with HR team members, managers, and employees to update and maintain accurate records
- Track progress and maintain detailed audit documentation
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance practices
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience with I-9 and E-Verify administration, auditing, or HR compliance required
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with focus and consistency
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information
