Job description

We are seeking an Implementation Services Analyst on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in Tampa, FL.



Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in pension administration, including manual calculations, election processing, and payment setup
  • Strong experience in system implementation and requirements gathering
  • Experience creating detailed functional requirements and aligning them to business outcomes
  • Strong testing experience, including test plan creation, test case development, and system validation
  • Experience in project management, particularly in system migration projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to ask effective questions
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in dynamic environments
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
