Job description

We are seeking a Implementation Services Specialist on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
What You'll Do:
- Complete complex, manual pension calculations
- Process retiree payroll– review returned election forms, set up new payments, and update pension status
- Analyzed pension data to succinctly summarize customizations, write specifications for loading it into a system, and review the resulting validations and/or fails
- Write requirements from reading/interpreting a pension plan document
- Create test plan from scratch based on requirements, including all break-points, and mine data for test cases (or created test cases)
Skills:
- Pension administration implementation experience (not call center and not actuarial)
- Detail-oriented
- Independent worker who will check-in regularly
- Asks effective questions
- Verbal and written communication skills
