Our Customer is seeking an In-Person Sales Development Representative on a contract basis to help support their business needs.


This role is open only to candidates located in or within approximately 50 miles of the following locations:

  • Auburn, AL
  • Springfield, IL
  • East Peoria, IL
  • Gainesville, TX
  • Silverthorne, CO


Variable compensation structure offered through a monthly point-based quota system:

  • Meetings conducted are valued at 2 points, while closed deals are valued at 3 points
  • Achieving 100% of the monthly quota qualifies for an additional payout of $1,750



Responsibilities:

  • Own execution of rapid-turn promotional campaigns for enterprise and mid-market restaurant partners
  • Partner cross-functionally with account teams, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure flawless campaign delivery
  • Navigate and operate across both new Ads Manager workflows and legacy campaign management systems
  • Leverage SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for campaign performance tracking and operational insights
  • Support data entry and migration efforts to drive adoption of Ads Manager and ensure data accuracy
  • Troubleshoot campaign and system issues, driving resolution independently or escalating as needed
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain scalable processes that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and campaign execution
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and drive system and feature improvements
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, improve processes, and increase operational efficiency
  • Manage multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, data operations, or related fields (startup experience preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience writing and working with SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflows
  • Ability to work autonomously, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution with minimal oversight
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience editing and optimizing SQL queries
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Sigma, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to drive improvements
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Photoshop
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to improve workflows and productivity
