About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven part-time Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our organic social media and influencer marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel social and influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital trends, data analytics, and audience engagement across platforms.

Operating at the crossroads of B2B and B2C marketing, our goal is to transform client perceptions and make them indispensable in their respective markets. We leverage data-driven insights to craft campaigns that set new standards in marketing innovation, driving significant engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Marketing
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals and audience engagement.
- Identify emerging trends, platforms, and influencers to maximize brand visibility and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer partnerships with overarching marketing initiatives.
- Source, vet, and negotiate partnerships with influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand ambassadors.
- Ensure influencer collaborations align with brand messaging, values, and legal guidelines.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from briefing and contracting to content approval and performance tracking.
- Coordinate influencer content creation, ensuring brand alignment while allowing for creator authenticity.
- Manage budgets and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective collaborations.
- Organic Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with brand messaging and business goals.
- Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement team members, and performance tracking across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Analyze audience insights and trends to optimize organic social efforts.
- Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for initiatives.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve conversion rates across channels.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
About You:
- 1–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media, paid media, and influencer marketing.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and other social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics tools.
- Ability to develop data-driven strategies to improve engagement and ROI.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NYC regional candidates.
- Experience with content marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation and benefits tailored to the needs of our employees. This role is remote, with compensation varying based on the candidate's location and experience. Additionally, new hires are eligible for health insurance, 401K enrollment, and paid leave after 90 days of employment.
