We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.


This role supports both earned and paid influencer marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and community engagement, with a strong emphasis on scaling affiliate influencer strategies to drive traffic and demand. Responsibilities include contributing to campaign execution and performance recaps, as well as sourcing and developing a network of influencer and creator partners.


The Influencer Marketing Specialist partners closely with cross-functional teams, including Social, Content, Paid Media, External Communications, and Affiliate Marketing, to expand partnership networks and execute monthly paid campaigns and organic engagement initiatives.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of current social media and creator trends.



Responsibilities:

  • Support influencer marketing initiatives including product gifting, order placement, and development of product lookbooks
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new creators for both evergreen and campaign-based partnerships
  • Manage and nurture ongoing creator relationships through engagement strategies and communications
  • Oversee influencer network partners to drive traffic and demand, including campaign execution and reporting
  • Develop paid campaign creative briefs in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Support content development with creators and coordinate asset management with social and paid media teams
  • Track and report on campaign performance across earned and paid channels on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Provide insights on content trends and creator performance to inform strategy and innovation
  • Assist with experiential activations, partnerships, and internal/external events
  • Support additional program needs and initiatives as required

Skills/Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer or creator partnerships, including full-funnel campaign strategies
  • Affiliate influencer network management experience
  • Performance & UGC driven creator campaigns and community management experience
  • Paid influencer campaign execution experience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Experience with influencer and affiliate platforms such as CreatorIQ, Impact, and LTK
  • Experience scaling performance-driven and UGC-based creator programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Knowledge of content trends, creator landscape, and digital culture
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience in outdoor, lifestyle, or retail industries
  • Passion for outdoor activities and alignment with sustainability and inclusivity values
  • Experience managing large-scale influencer networks and campaigns
  • Experience contributing to program innovation and process improvements
