We are seeking an Information Security Awareness Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid (4 days on-site and 1 day remote/week) in Houston, TX.


This position will work closely with peers throughout Global Security by assisting in daily assignments within the Global Security Governance, Projects, and Strategy functions, specifically in the Services and Resources division.



Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation and ongoing execution of a Security Awareness Program
  • Develop monthly reviews of security awareness materials and coordinate inputs and approvals aligned to the annual plan
  • Write and publish engaging monthly news articles to educate employees via SharePoint pages and Viva Engage posts
  • Design phishing simulation payloads and execute phishing tests using Microsoft Defender
  • Support annual Security Awareness training rollout, including weekly past-due reporting and Power BI dashboard updates
  • Assist with planning and execution of Cyber Security Awareness Month initiatives in October in collaboration with global teams
  • Issue standard quarterly Repeat Offender training
  • Curate 2.5 hours of regulator-required training materials for Asia-Pacific teams
  • Administer license assignments in the Udemy Business Pro training platform
  • Gather monthly awareness metrics and support the preparation of monthly presentations for senior Global Security leadership
  • Maintain Global Security new hire information as needed
  • Maintain Global Security intranet web pages as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or similar) or equivalent business experience
  • Strong academic performance with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is required
  • Cybersecurity experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Strong writing and content development skills with experience creating educational materials
  • Experience in analytics and quantitative analysis
  • Intellectual agility with the ability to learn and apply new information quickly
  • Ability to learn and operate security tools when required
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
