Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.


We are seeking a IT Operations - Microsoft 365 / Office 365 on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid in Sunnyvale, CA.

This role is responsible for driving adoption of digital workplace technologies to increase workforce digital dexterity and productivity. This tole manages workplace enablement processes focused on ensuring that employees have the motivation, permission and knowledge to fully exploit Microsoft 365 Applications and Services like MS Copilot, MS Loop, MS Planner, MS To Do to enable Collaborative Work Management Capabilities. This role will work closely with other IT colleagues and technology vendors.

The primary objective of this position involves interfacing with various business groups within the organization, identifying, and recording their collaboration processes, and assisting them in utilizing Microsoft 365 apps and services to organize their collaborative work, tasks and content. These Microsoft 365 apps may include MS Copilot, MS Loop, MS Planner, MS To Do.



Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead digital workplace enablement strategy and processes for M365 Applications.
  • Identify, monitor, publish and manage goals and measurements to show digital workplace enablement impact.
  • Coordinates multi-channel communications campaigns to drive technology adoption.
  • Collaborates with various digital workplace stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation, management and awareness of the centralized repository of technology enablement resources (videos, how-to, quick-start guides, etc.)
  • Facilitate or oversee enablement and awareness events (Ask the Expert, Immersion Experiences, webinars, lunch and learns, etc.)
  • Partner with Digital Workplace operations, engineering and governance teams to identify potential improvements or impacts to customer experience and proactively manage potential disruptions.
  • Actively participate in the digital workplace steering committee, which will plan and govern digital workplace initiatives and ensure alignment across the business.
  • Connect with line-of-business leaders to ensure participation in their events and team meetings.
  • Monitor emerging technology trends and leverage workplace analytics or digital employee experience management tools to ensure initiatives are driven by objective data.
  • Oversee network of enablement agents and champions, facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across the enterprise through regular engagement.
  • Participate in employee onboarding to highlight available resources and raise awareness of digital workplace technologies.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years in IT Domain or organizational change management with IT Background
  • Expert level power user skills for M365 applications and services like MS Loop, MS Planner, MS To Do, MS Copilot, SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Experience conducting training for M365 Applications.
  • Working knowledge of establishing and measuring goals and KPIs on an overall program and individual use case level.
  • Proven ability to create business cases and ensure support from C-level executives and business partners.
  • Proven financial management skills with operational budget tasks.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise IT services, technologies and processes.
  • Awareness of workplace analytics or digital employee experience management tools.
  • Ability to conduct interviews to understand various business team’s activities that requires collaboration and come up with the solution and workflow.
