Core Responsibilities
- Speak to prospective homebuyers over the phone.
- Explain the core value prop in a compelling way.
- Meticulous CRM management
- Ability to coordinate with internal team members to solve client problems / questions.
Qualifications/Skills
- Organized / able to prioritize high value leads
- 2+ years in consultative sales preferred
- Good listener + good story teller
- Interest or experience with the homebuying process
- Strong communication skills - both verbally and written
