Instructional Designer (Remote - PST)

Our Customer is an American worldwise clothing and accessories retailer, founded in 1969. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with seven brands. Their clothes are availabile in 90 countries worldwide through over 3,100 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites and is still growing.

We are seeking an Instructional Designer on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote in PST.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver instructional materials and learning experiences across digital and physical formats.
• Create engaging, effective, and visually appealing learning solutions that support knowledge acquisition and retention.
• Develop consistent and reliable instructional content aligned with learning objectives and business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather content requirements and translate them into learning experiences.
• Build interactive eLearning modules and training materials using instructional design tools.
• Ensure instructional materials are user-friendly, engaging, and accessible for diverse audiences.
• Support continuous improvement of training materials and learning experiences based on feedback and evolving needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or instructional systems design.
• Experience using instructional design tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong preference for experience with Articulate.
• Ability to design engaging digital learning experiences and training materials.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and learner experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Synthesia or willingness to learn the platform on the job.
• Experience developing eLearning content and multimedia-based training solutions.
