Job description
Our Customer is an American financial services mutual organization based in Milwaukee. The financial security company provides consultation on wealth and asset income protection, education planning, retirement planning, investment advisory services, financial planning trust and private client services, estate planning and business planning. Its products include life insurance, permanent life insurance, disability income, and long-term care insurance; annuities; investments; and investment advisory products and services.
Our customer is looking for an Insurance Document Associate on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role will be focused on accuracy, timeliness, and quality of document processing systems. This role is on-site in Franklin, WI.
Responsibilities:
- Send out all insurance contracts with a high level of accuracy
- Separate FR (Field Representative) pages and process incoming FR requests
- Manage multiple document requests, including pulling records and shipping contracts
- Handle special projects requiring FedEx or other special-handling procedures
- Perform a combination of office and production work related to contract processing
- Ensure quality control as the final checkpoint before documents are delivered to customers
- Maintain timely and accurate contract processing and mail handling workflows
