Job description

Our Customer is an American financial services mutual organization based in Milwaukee. The financial security company provides consultation on wealth and asset income protection, education planning, retirement planning, investment advisory services, financial planning trust and private client services, estate planning and business planning. Its products include life insurance, permanent life insurance, disability income, and long-term care insurance; annuities; investments; and investment advisory products and services.


Our customer is looking for an Insurance Document Associate on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Franklin, WI.


The ideal candidate's responsibilities will be split between office work and production work. They are the last point of contact before the customer receives their documents, so accuracy and a high level of detail are paramount.


This is a back-office role with no phone calls, focusing on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the contract processing and mail handling systems.



Responsibilities:

  • Send out all contracts, separate the FR pages, and handle requests from FRs (Field Representatives)
  • Manage several requests, including pulling requests and shipping out contracts.
  • Handle special projects, including those requiring FedEx for special handling.
