  • Develop templates, messaging frameworks, content guidelines, and channel recommendations for defined use cases
  • Establish operating rhythms for intake, planning, cross-functional review, approvals, and post-launch optimization
  • Create and maintain a global IMC playbook outlining best practices, roles, responsibilities, timelines, and dependencies

Pilot Design & Execution

  • Design the IMC pilot framework, including audience segmentation, channel strategy, messaging flows, asset requirements, and activation plans
  • Execute a pilot IMC program for a defined audience within a targeted region
  • Measure pilot effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative KPIs
  • Translate pilot insights into a scalable IMC model applicable across regions and audiences

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organized with a strong process and systems mindset
  • Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and improve communication systems
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight in a flexible or part-time environment
