Job description

By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.


We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:


Inbound

  • Support Runner supply forecasting with Ops & Analytics; lead weekly read-outs and cohort deep-dives
  • Execute research plans with UXR, Product, Ops; synthesize insights to influence marketing and product strategies
  • Collaborate with PMM, Product, Design, Engineering, and Strategy to test and scale experience solutions

Outbound

  • Assist in GTM execution for launches that drive volume (e.g., Rewards/Ratings programs, waitlist experience improvements)
  • Conduct sentiment, awareness, and comprehension research to inform V2 improvements
  • Ideate, execute, and measure campaigns across owned and earned channels
  • Create lifecycle messaging, launch experiments, and report results with clear recommendations

Leadership and Execution

  • Own sub-OKRs and report progress against quarterly goals
  • Make escalations or recommendations to senior leadership as needed
  • Operate autonomously post-onboarding; flag blockers as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional pods to identify next steps and execute on time


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in marketing/strategy within a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Experience piloting new products (0 → 1) and partnering with Product teams
  • Proven ability to grow user engagement and adoption through marketing
  • Experience conducting and synthesizing research to shape messaging and influence roadmaps
  • Strong product strategy skills and a track record of scaling products
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder influence
  • Strong project management, from ideation through execution
  • SQL proficiency (strong plus)
  • Must be able to work up to 45 hours a week (minimum of 40 hours/week with some overtime as needed)


Preferred:

  • Experience in product marketing or product ops for consumer tech (e.g., Instacart, Lyft, Uber)
  • Experience leading digital marketing or lifecycle campaigns
  • Familiarity with experimentation design, analysis, and iteration
  • Passion for building products that impact large-scale audiences
