Job description

Our Customer is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. They enable local businesses to meet consumers’ needs of ease and convenience, and, in turn, generate new ways for people to earn, work, and live. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling their mission to grow and empower local economies.

We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for launching new benefits, driving adoption of existing ones, and ensuring members continue to see value in the membership program. This role will develop and execute integrated go-to-market and engagement strategies, working closely with cross-functional partners to bring consumer insights to life and deliver measurable business impact. Reporting to the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager within the Marketing organization, this position plays a key role in shaping the future of the membership program.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new benefits, including audience definition, messaging, and launch campaigns.
  • Partner with Analytics and Research to deeply understand consumer needs and translate insights into campaign strategies.
  • Build and manage integrated marketing programs across owned, earned, and in-product channels to drive adoption and awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Strategy & Ops, Engineering, Finance, Creative, and Comms) to deliver new benefits and measure success.
  • Develop audience-first messaging that communicates the value of membership benefits and drives engagement.
  • Lead campaign planning, asset creation, and execution across email, paid media, in-app, and web channels.
  • Execute retention strategies to increase member engagement with existing benefits.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies using data-driven insights, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create internal reports to share campaign outcomes, learnings, and recommendations with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably within consumer products, technology, or subscription/membership programs.
  • Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable adoption and business impact.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to bring new features to market.
  • Strong ability to translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Track record of building data-driven campaigns while balancing creativity and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams.
