The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead cross-functional marketing execution across product launches, brand campaigns, seasonal initiatives, events, public relations, content production, and key business priorities. This role serves as the central project owner responsible for aligning Brand, Growth, Trade Marketing, International, Creative, Sales, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time, on budget, and with excellence.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Success in this role will be measured by flawless execution of marketing initiatives, launch readiness, project completion, cross-functional alignment, and overall contribution to business growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Own go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, promotions, and strategic business initiatives.
- Develop and maintain integrated marketing calendars, launch timelines, project plans, and milestone tracking across all marketing functions.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between Growth & Ecommerce, Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, Trade Marketing, International, Sales, Product Development, and Operations.
- Lead weekly cross-functional launch meetings and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on priorities, deliverables, deadlines, and launch readiness.
- Manage launch planning and timelines from concept through execution including product positioning, marketing assets, retail support materials, content requirements, PR initiatives, and campaign activation.
- Own planning and execution of photoshoots including concept development, timelines, agency/vendor coordination, budgets, logistics, asset management, and post-production deliverables.
- Lead planning and execution of company events, trade shows, consumer activations, influencer events, retail events, and other brand experiences.
- Manage public relations strategy and agency relationships to ensure alignment with product launches, company priorities, earned media opportunities, influencer initiatives, and brand storytelling.
- Coordinate development and delivery of marketing assets across all channels including website, email, paid media, retail, distributor, social media, public relations, and sales enablement.
- Maintain visibility across all active marketing projects and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, resource gaps, and timeline conflicts.
- Build launch recaps and post-campaign reporting to evaluate performance, identify learnings, and improve future execution.
- Partner closely with leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives, revenue goals, inventory planning, and organizational priorities.
- Develop and maintain project management processes, workflows, and best practices that improve team efficiency, accountability, and execution.
- Manage agency, freelancer, vendor, photographer, production, and event partner relationships as needed.
- Track and report on key marketing initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, project management, campaign management, or related marketing roles.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, product launches, campaign development, content production, events, and public relations.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience building timelines, project plans, launch calendars, and workflow processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, freelancers, production partners, and external marketing resources.
- Ability to influence and drive accountability across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
- Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience within juvenile products, lifestyle, consumer goods, family brands, retail, or premium DTC brands preferred.
- Experience leading product launches and integrated marketing campaigns preferred.
- Experience planning photoshoots, events, trade shows, and brand activations preferred.
- Experience working in founder-led or rapidly scaling businesses preferred.
