We are seeking a Technical Integration Consultant on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (remote acceptable; local candidates required in-office at least every Thursday in 2025) in Tempe, AZ.
The Technical Integration Consultant is responsible for delivering seamless integration experiences for merchants during platform launches and provider transitions. This role focuses on providing technical consultation, troubleshooting with precision and empathy, and ensuring that merchants achieve revenue goals through effective onboarding. The position also supports process automation, new tool implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and drive merchant success.
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST (shift options: 7-3, 8-4, 9-5; PM shifts available after 90 days)
Responsibilities:
- Provide merchants with best-in-class onboarding experiences for POS and inventory feed system integrations.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on merchant issues and develop creative, long-term solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, sales, and engineering to test and evaluate new tools and processes.
- Develop technical skills across a diverse range of platforms and systems.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, supporting automation and scaling initiatives.
- Participate in pilots and projects aligned with team objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI tools, SQL, Google Sheets analytics, MODE, and Salesforce reporting.
- Strong understanding of POS systems and integration complexities.
- Proven track record of driving and scaling process automation and improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous environments with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
