Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced IP attorney (5-7 years minimum) to join their law firm to assist with their CPG, apparel and footwear clients. Examples of work are:

  • Complex brand licensing agreements
  • Celebrity endorsement deals
  • Co-branding and collaboration agreements

Candidate must have extensive experience and be very well-versed in drafting and revising complex agreements. Position is remote and licensure anywhere in the United States is fine.


It will be an Of Counsel position and will be full time.
