Job description
- IP Attorney
- Active Bar License with good standing
- 100% Remote- Able to support clients in EST & PST timezones during standard business hours
Our client is seeking an experienced attorney to join the team working with CPG, apparel and footwear brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, negotiate, and review complex brand licensing and collaboration agreements
- Manage celebrity endorsement deals and three-party endorsement agreements with high-profile talent
- Negotiate and structure co-branding relationships and fashion collaboration agreements
- Review and negotiate distribution agreements and category licensing deals
- Draft tri-party endorsement agreements involving brand owners, licensees, and talent
