We are seeking an Internal and Organizational Communications Lead on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.


This role supports the development and execution of a global communications strategy for a Business Transformation Management (BTM) Global Go-To-Market organization comprising more than 1,200 colleagues worldwide. Internal communications serve as a critical pillar in driving sustained employee engagement, satisfaction, and alignment with the organization’s strategic direction.


The Communications Lead is responsible for defining and orchestrating the overall communication strategy, governance model, and communication formats in close collaboration with the Global BTM Senior Leadership Team and the Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer.


This role also serves as a key counterpart to communication leads within Product Engineering as well as internal and executive communications leaders across multiple business units, ensuring consistency, alignment, and impact across the broader organization.



Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of the internal communication strategy for the BTM GTM organization, aligning communication priorities with actionable initiatives
  • Advise on and develop creative communication formats tailored to the needs of various employee groups
  • Establish feedback mechanisms for key communication formats and deliverables, and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and manage a regular communication calendar for organization-wide internal communications
  • Coordinate with business owners and communication leads across product organizations and the broader ecosystem to align messaging and delivery
  • Manage end-to-end execution of quarterly all-employee meetings, including scheduling, content planning, rehearsals, technical setup, and live event execution
  • Lead content coordination for key quarterly communications, including financial updates, employee newsletters, and other strategic messaging
  • Support internal SharePoint maintenance through coordination with content owners and regular content updates
  • Plan and execute communication cascades for organizational updates, including the development of supporting materials
  • Maintain communication governance assets, including distribution lists and organizational inboxes

Skills/Qualifications

  • Experience developing and executing internal communication strategies for large organizations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple communication initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience in planning and managing large-scale internal meetings or company-wide events
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear messaging
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Ability to manage communication calendars and maintain consistent messaging across multiple channels
  • Experience managing internal collaboration tools such as SharePoint
  • Ability to manage communication governance resources, including distribution lists and shared inboxes
