Job description

We are seeking a Corporate Communications & Public Policy - Communications Manager IV on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is onsite in Menlo Park
Responsibilities:
- Help develop and execute internal communication strategies for leaders across the Family of Apps.
- Flex across app orgs as priorities shift, picking up programmes already in flight and ramping quickly on unfamiliar subject matter.
- Provide proactive and reactive messaging to support key initiatives, organizational changes, and program rollouts.
- Write and develop messaging on a range of topics, including organizational strategy, product launches, and company milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Operations, etc.) to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
- Help manage internal forums and events (e.g., All Hands, Q&As), including narrative development and executive messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of dedicated internal communications experience.
- Experience counseling and influencing senior executives.
- Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in product communications.
- Experience supporting globally distributed and hybrid workforces.
- Background in public relations, journalism, branding, or campaigns.
