Job description
Our Customer is an American computer and consumer electronics company famous for creating phones and computers. As one of the largest companies globally with a market cap of over 2 trillion dollars, it is a major leader in the space. Although this company was founded in 1976 it has transformed how we connect and communicate worldwide.
We are seeking a Internal Events Producer on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is onsite in Culver City, CA.
This role will manage the end-to-end creation, build, and delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid internal events & internal employee engagement. Reporting to the Head of People Ops & Employee Engagement, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft experiences that inspire, inform, and engage audiences. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team-member who has a strong background in event logistics and on-site coordination, with a passion for creating memorable, impactful experiences.
From large-scale town halls, company-wide broadcasts and connection programs, to smaller team socials, this role is critical in fostering connection, inspiration, and inclusion across teams - and no project should be too big or too small.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on producer who understands the impact of internal storytelling and employee experience. You are equally comfortable shaping a big-picture vision and managing every granular detail to bring it to life—on time, on brand, and with heart. You are deeply collaborative, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring creativity and calm to complex projects with many moving parts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end production of internal events, from creative concept to execution and post-event reflection
- Translate goals into meaningful experiences that resonate with employees
- Confidently engage with stakeholders, and leadership to navigate sensitive messaging with discretion and professionalism
- Manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining a high standard of execution
- Proactively identify risks and offer thoughtful, and strategic solutions
- Craft and contribute to internal comms that support the event experience, from invitations, keynotes, site visits, and talking points
- Manage ideation, planning and execution of events from concept through delivery (e.g. Town halls, panels, fireside chats, site visits, activations, internal events, team socials, special projects)
- Manage project timelines, production schedules, invites, registration, event documentation, content planning, logistics, run-of-show, scripts, presenter prep, agendas and post-event impact
- Liaise with internal teams (conference teams, designers, A/V, presenters, etc.) to align on event goals, messaging, briefings, follow-ups, run-throughs, and status meetings - with a clear sense of accountability and empathy
- Manage creative assets, build keynote decks, and work internally to execute brand-aligned environments
- Ensure flawless technical execution for in-person, virtual, and hybrid event and internal employee programming formats
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring flexibility, support and confidentiality
- Collate feedback and insights, and maintain post-event reporting to continuously improve future employee experiences, and earning & development programming.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS preferred
- 5+ years experience in event production or similar roles
- Proven track record of managing complex events
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing events of all sizes—from intimate workshops to global virtual broadcasts
- Strong cross functional collaboration abilities
- Strong track record of producing events in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
- Exceptional project management skills with a mastery of logistics and timelines
- Flex with a no project too small attitude
- Confident working with leadership and maintaining discretion at all times
- Extremely organized, has a deep attention to detail, is proactive, flexible and able to pivot when needed, thrives on multitasking, and who displays exceptional judgement.

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in media, entertainment, or agency environments
- Familiarity with hybrid/virtual event technologies and platforms
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities with grace and precision
- Experience with virtual event platforms, AV/tech coordination, and hybrid formats
