The Mom Project is thrilled to partner with “Intuit Again”, a returnship program at Intuit for professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off from their careers for caregiving. During this returnship you’ll receive 16 weeks of paid employment doing work you love for one of the world’s most innovative companies. You’ll have the chance to update your skills, add new work experience to your resume, and make professional connections. After completing the 16 weeks of the returnship program, there will be the potential opportunity for a full time offer. The program is open to anyone who has at least five (5) years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least eighteen months (18) to focus on caregiving. If you meet these criteria and your skills match our needs, we welcome you to apply. In this role, you can help engineer solutions that empower millions of businesses/customers worldwide. Your role is to work in small agile scrum teams to deliver awesome products that not only delight customers, but that are highly scalable and reliable. Using your detailed understanding of technologies and applying your intellectual curiosity you will help design, develop, and improve the features that help our customers run their businesses easily every day. Responsibilities: ? Communicate the plan, status and risk to Director and Vice President level stakeholders. ? Build trust and drive change on a program across multiple portfolios. ? Drive and own the program strategy including tying the business unit, portfolio and program strategy together. Use influence to help teams understand how the program fits into the overall strategy. ? Prioritize initiatives within the program and surface risks and trade-offs as well as recommendations to the stakeholders. ? Breakdown and organize the program into manageable pieces that can be delegated or individually owned. ? Drive the status and reporting structure in a manner that is consistent with both Agile principles and the needs of the program. ? Partner with leadership to create an environment where the teams are recognized and feel encouraged to the point that they want to work on your program(s). ? Develop decision making principles and recommendations for decisions. ? Identify risks, develop a risk mitigation plan and gain buy in from stakeholder. ? Collect, analyze, and communicate with data. Facilitate data-driven decision-making within the organization for planning and execution. Qualifications: ? Five (5) years of professional experience ? Out of the paid workforce for at least eighteen months (18) to focus on caregiving. ? Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 5+ years leading multiple complex projects. ? Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels. ? Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical key points. ? Proven ability in unearthing and managing risks in the program. ? Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs. ? Computer science education or equivalent experience. ? 5+ years’ experience in technology focused programs. ? Previous experience and/or interest in working with data, analytics, AI is a plus ? Agile training and experience preferred.
