Inventory/Operations Manager
Bi-lingual English and Spanish highly preferred.
ABOUT US – We are a rapidly growing OEM audiovisual projection screen manufacturer. We’re a small, friendly company with growth opportunities.
WHAT YOU DO –You will provide consistent reporting for sales and leadership about what is on hand and what is coming in and when. You may develop a comprehensive spreadsheet to track inventory. Your Quick Books experience will provide the experience needed to manage inventory, backorders etc. You will maintain part numbers, descriptions, kits, prices and costs in Quick Books. Forecast parts orders, manage vendor orders and help keep our supply chain going. On the operations side you will use this information to manage the warehouse personnel and logistics. This is a hands-on position, you will be a working manager.
- Maintain and improve inventory management strategies and procedures
- Oversee the entire inventory process, including some procurement, storage, and distribution
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with sales and exec team to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly
- Manage the warehouse team (hands on)
- Oversee logistics (domestic and international).
REQUIREMENTS
- Full cycle inventory experience 3 years minimum
- Some experience in logistics management
- Warehouse management experience
- Experience managing people
- Excellent MS Excel skills (at least 3 years)
- Familiar with the entire MS Office Suite
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficient in using inventory management software systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty
