Job description
Our Customer is a Silicon Valley-based company that is engaged in researching emerging technologies.
We are seeking a contract Inventory Specialist to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Mountain View, CA.
As an Inventory Specialist, your main responsibility will be to maintain the laboratory inventory, audit devices, and keep associated records for the Digital Health Team. You will also organize and maintain devices in a laboratory, help prepare study equipment, and execute study protocols in support of ongoing projects in Digital Health.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with study equipment and device setup (pairing devices, app installation, etc.)
- Maintains detailed logs of lab inventories.
- Packages and ship study supplies.
- Keeps detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Comply with device audits.
- Light clerical activities like printing, stapling, and filing.
- Maintain the physiological data collection lab, keeping an organized, clean, and safe working environment.
- Operates and maintains the physiological data collection laboratory equipment onsite.
- Maintain good clinical practice, following applicable health and safety principles and practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience assisting in an office preferred
- PC and Smartphone App (Android and iOS) skills
- Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applicable applications
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Tech-savvy with devices
