This role focuses on ensuring seamless data flow and alignment between product lifecycle management, enterprise resource planning, and manufacturing execution processes. The Agile PLM Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product data, such as Product Master, BOMs , ECOs, Travelers, Inspections plans and routings, is accurately transferred across systems, supporting business operations, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Integration Management:
    • Design, implement, and maintain the integration between Agile PLM and SAP S/4HANA ERP and SAP MES, ensuring smooth data flow for BOMs, ECOs, and part numbers.
    • Oversee data synchronization and product lifecycle workflows between PLM, ERP, and MES systems to support product development, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
  • System Configuration and Customization:
    • Configure Agile PLM to meet evolving business needs, including the management of product data, change management processes, and integration with SAP systems.
    • Use integration tools and middleware (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, SAP PI/PO) to automate and customize workflows for data exchange.
  • Data Integrity and Compliance:
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product data transferred between Agile PLM, SAP ERP, and SAP MES, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
    • Support compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO) by managing product lifecycle data governance processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
    • Analyze and resolve integration issues, such as data transfer errors, system performance problems, and inconsistencies between PLM, ERP, and MES systems.
    • Work with IT and functional teams to troubleshoot and address system failures or discrepancies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Agile PLM, SAP ERP, or SAP MES are a plus.
  • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Agile PLM, including configuration, customization, and administration.
  • 5-7+ years of experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA), focusing on integration with PLM systems and MES platforms.
  • Proven experience in managing product data, engineering changes, BOM creation, and manufacturing processes through PLM-ERP-MES integrations.
  • Strong background in data governance, system optimization, and troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Agile PLM Expertise:
    • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM modules (Product Collaboration, Product Costing, Product Quality).
    • Experience configuring and managing Agile PLM workflows, product data, and engineering change processes.
  • SAP ERP (S/4HANA) Knowledge:
    • Proficiency in SAP ERP (S/4 Hana) modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Sales and Distribution (SD).
    • Strong understanding of SAP master data (material masters, BOMs, routings) and their interaction with PLM.
  • SAP MES Experience:
    • Familiarity with SAP MES or related systems (e.g., SAP ME, SAP MII) for managing production data, work instructions, and real-time manufacturing execution.
  • Integration Skills:
    • Experience in integrating Agile PLM with SAP ERP and MES systems using middleware, APIs, and web services.
    • Strong understanding of data exchange formats (e.g., IDoc, BAPI, XML) and the ability to design and implement integration workflows.

Preferred:
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as medical devices, automotive, or manufacturing, where product lifecycle management and manufacturing systems integration are critical.
