Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.


We are seeking an IT Hardware Asset Admin on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Peachtree Corners, GA.



Responsibilities:

  • Assist with procurement activities for IT assets and equipment.
  • Receive and process incoming IT assets, including computers, monitors, switches, servers, and accessories.
  • Organize and store IT assets within inventory rooms and data center locations.
  • Manage the issuing, shipping, and distribution of IT inventory materials.
  • Perform cycle counting and inventory audits for IT assets.
  • Restock and maintain local IT vending machine inventory.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering activities as needed.
  • Support e-waste coordination and asset disposal processes.
  • Assist with the reclaim and recovery of IT assets.
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking and asset management records.
  • Support inventory operations within IT asset management and stockroom environments.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with Windows 11 and Office 365.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in an IT asset inventory room, stockroom, or similar environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience using ServiceNow Incident Management and Hardware Asset Management modules.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience creating purchase requisitions using Coupa.
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage inventory processes and asset tracking efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and within team environments.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with IT hardware inventory and logistics processes.
