  • Provide hands-on support during equipment installation and setup, ensuring high-quality infrastructure delivery
  • Communicate project status, risks, and resolutions regularly to stakeholders
  • Address project challenges proactively and implement solutions to meet objectives
  • Manage changes in project scope and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management focused on technology infrastructure deployments
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end projects from initiation to close-out
  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with hardware installations and configuration
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
