  • Develop, maintain, and track comprehensive project plans, schedules, forecasts, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with engagement managers and delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination, integrating workstreams, identifying dependencies, and managing escalations.
  • Facilitate executive-level steering committees and provide clear communications to senior leadership.
  • Conduct proactive issue, risk, and change management, escalating when necessary and implementing approved solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, including PMI PMBOK, ITS standards, SLAs, and SDLC processes.
  • Manage multiple concurrent project assignments, maintaining effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and resource alignment.
  • Build strong relationships across ITS, CIO leadership, business units, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing via standard PMO tools and SharePoint.
  • Mentor and guide project teams while supporting overall PMO goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business finance and analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience in Google Workspace and Microsoft platforms, with a strong background in migrations and integrations (mail, calendar, collaboration tools).
  • Proven IT project management experience with budgets up to $1.5M.
  • Demonstrated experience managing scope, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all organizational levels.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Advanced understanding of SDLC, quality assurance, and software development processes.

Preferred:

  • Additional certifications: ITIL, COBIT, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt.
  • Experience in training and supporting users in adopting new tools.
  • Strong facilitation skills for executive meetings and cross-functional discussions.
