Job description
Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid in Burbank, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide local IT support for approximately 70 Windows and Mac workstations
- Troubleshoot desktop, Active Directory, and related technical issues
- Provide onsite IT support, including conference room setup, networking troubleshooting, server rack maintenance, and project support
- Deploy workstations and software, including patching and security updates
- Create, maintain, and document IT procedures for local and global support environments
- Administer SaaS applications, including Box, Aspera, Atlassian tools, AWS, Okta, Zoom, PagerDuty, and Trello
- Monitor, triage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets using service desk tools
- Onboard new hires, including workstation deployment and SaaS account provisioning
- Manage Active Directory group memberships and provide daily troubleshooting support
- Collaborate with enterprise technology teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues
Skills and Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in IT support within a corporate environment
- Experience using Service Desk platforms such as Jira Service Desk
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, and MacOS
- Experience with SCCM and JAMF
- SaaS administration experience, including identity management and vendor coordination
- Experience with automated OS and software deployment, antivirus tools, and vulnerability remediation
- General understanding of scripting for task automation
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN networking
- Mobile Device Management experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
