Job description
The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a leading provider of business incubation services for judgment collection entrepreneurs, located remotely! They are seeking a highly experienced Judgment Collection Expert to train and support clients who are starting their own judgment collection businesses. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in judgment collection or enforcement, preferably in New York, New Jersey, or Florida (though not required). This role is crucial in providing expert guidance to new business owners, answering questions related to case processing, navigating legal procedures, and improving operational efficiency.
Core responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients as they navigate the judgment collection process, drawing from extensive personal experience in the field
- Answer questions and troubleshoot challenges related to case processing and enforcement strategies, based on a deep understanding of judgment collection practices
- Train new business owners on best practices for judgment enforcement, legal filings, and collections, leveraging your practical knowledge gained from years in the industry
- Collaborate with our team to continuously improve training materials and client support strategies, ensuring they reflect the most up-to-date and effective practices in judgment collection
- Monitor client progress and offer ongoing mentorship to help them scale their businesses successfully, drawing from your own experience in growing and managing judgment collection operations
Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum 5 years of direct, hands-on experience in judgment collection or enforcement (experience in NY, NJ, or FL preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of judgment enforcement processes, including case filings, legal proceedings, and collections, gained through extensive practical experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex judgment collection concepts to new business owners
- Passion for helping others succeed and the patience to guide clients through their learning curve, backed by a deep understanding of the challenges faced in the judgment collection industry
- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote position
