We are seeking a HR Knowledge Management Specialist on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.


In this role, you will organize and maintain HR documentation and resources, using AI tools to automate content tagging, improve search, and identify gaps. You’ll support teams by creating templates, guides, and process documentation, and provide training to help them get the most out of the intelligent knowledge systems. Your work will ensure that knowledge management is efficient, scalable, and rooted in ethical AI practices, making it easier for employees to find and use the information they need. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain knowledge repositories and documentation systems
  • Support teams in maintaining content accuracy and relevance through audit and update frameworks
  • Create and maintain templates, guides, and process documentation
  • Assist with content migration and organization across multiple platforms
  • Tag and categorize content using established taxonomies and metadata standards
  • Generate usage reports and identify documentation gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Respond to knowledge requests and assist employees in locating HR resources
  • Coordinate and track knowledge management projects from initiation through completion
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for knowledge management initiatives
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and provide project updates
  • Manage cross-functional workflows for content review and approval processes
  • Track action items and follow up with contributors to ensure deadlines are met
  • Create project status reports and presentations for leadership
  • Support ethical AI practices within HR content management processes
  • Learn and leverage knowledge management, AI, and collaboration tools to improve operational efficiency


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Library Science, Communications, or related field
  • The role is HR content operations + documentation governance + operational coordination
  • Required: Familiarity with HR processes and terminology within fast-paced technology environments, including proficiency with Google Workspace
  • 4+ years of experience in project or program management within operations, learning and development, or communications
  • 2+ years of experience in knowledge management, content management, documentation, or related fields
  • Commitment to ethical AI practices in content management
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong project coordination and timeline management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable learning and using knowledge management, AI, and collaboration tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills
  • Customer service mindset with strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional workflows and documentation processes
