Job description
Our Customer is a Silicon Valley-based company that is engaged in researching emerging technologies.
We are seeking a contract HR Operations Specialist to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Mountain View, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the HR process for all dispatchers
- Provide support for new dispatcher settlements
- Review and maintain HR guideline documents
- Compile periodic analysis reports related to HR data
- Respond to miscellaneous requests from internal teams
- Manage office events and assist in planning and organizing company events such as all-hands meetings, happy hours, and team-building activities
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-7 years of overall professional work experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably within technology companies
- Fluency in English and Korean required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer/IT systems
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Korean bilingual proficiency required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in compensation analysis and salary determination
- Experience supporting immigration processes
- Experience working with compensation structures and HR analytics
