We are seeking a Partner Onboarding & Launch Advisor on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.


The Launch Advisor role guides selected preferred network partners through program enrollment and launch. The Launch Advisor is responsible for ensuring all necessary steps and processes are completed. They will introduce the steps required through an onboarding kickoff call, then provide continuous support and accountability to the partner through the launch date. The role requires attention to detail, process management, partner influence, cross-functional collaboration, a strong work ethic, and understanding of the preferred network business model. This is a remote position that requires the collection, storage, and use of your voiceprints (records of speech).



Responsibilities:

  • Engage with current and prospective partners with a high level of professionalism
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations, including product demos and consultative recommendations
  • Manage partner touchpoints and timelines from initial pitch through enrollment
  • Prospect, assess, and close new partners through consultative sales approaches
  • Serve as subject matter expert on program processes and requirements
  • Complete all enrollment steps for new partners transitioning into the program
  • Onboard and train new partners, including coaching on program requirements and platform setup
  • Provide timely follow-up on partner inquiries and requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve questions and support partner needs
  • Facilitate the transition of accounts to ongoing support teams and ensure smooth handoff
  • Utilize sales and CRM tools to track the pipeline, manage tasks, and monitor performance


You’ll take ownership of the entire partner journey:

Guiding partners through Enrollment → Onboarding → Activation → Launch → Handoff to ongoing support


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or partner-facing roles
  • Experience working with enterprise-level or strategic partners, preferably in real estate
  • Strong sales skills, including influence, persuasion, and consultative selling
  • Experience in onboarding, training, or enrolling customers
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Google Suite, Zoom, Smartsheet, Tableau, and Calendly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage an independent pipeline or book of business
  • Strong accountability and attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree
  • Real estate industry experience
  • Experience with project or program management
  • Background with real estate platforms or organizations
  • Familiarity with brokerage operations and compliance concepts
