By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.
Our customer is seeking a Launch Specialist on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% Onsite at San Franscisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Based in SF/Peninsula, and willing to travel within their respective cities daily to a different location
- You believe the best way to learn about how to optimize a process is to first hack it together yourself
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently in a fast paced environment and being comfortable with executing with limited guidance
- Coachable on Technology and Data - Ability to use communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets in addition to internal systems at Client
- Expert in the Meal Manager platform
- Ability to learn, communicate, and troubleshoot basic issues clients have with the platform (how to set up their account, place orders, setup backup carts ect).
- Ability to operate at the lowest level of detail with excellent accuracy and productivity
- Excellent Communication and Time-Management Skills
- Ability to effectively articulate issues, understand problems and implement solutions while managing multiple projects
- Passionate about people management and building relationships that have a strong foundation on empathy and emotional intelligence
- Prior experience in Operations Management, Support, Customer Interviews, and Sales preferably in the hospitality industry
Important Note- Part time role Hours-20 hours per week
