Job description
Our Customer is an American financial services and digital payments company based in San Francisco, California. They’re working to help their diverse audiences — sellers, individuals, artists, fans, developers, and all the people in between — overcome barriers to access the economy.
We are seeking a highly motivated Law Enforcement Response Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Review, index, and process legal requests from domestic and international law enforcement agencies and civil subpoenas
- Evaluate legal requests to ensure compliance with applicable laws, terms of service, and privacy guidelines
- Communicate with law enforcement agencies by phone and in writing to coordinate responses
- Develop, document, and implement scalable policies and procedures
- Provide operational support to legal and investigative teams
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Trust & Safety, Information Security, and other cross-functional teams
- Maintain quality standards while managing high volumes of time-sensitive legal requests
- Support process improvement initiatives across internal teams
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a Law Enforcement Response Analyst
- Experience reviewing and processing legal requests or subpoenas
- Ability to accurately analyze lengthy legal documents
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with external agencies and stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on process improvements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Demonstrated initiative and a track record of exceeding expectations
