Job description
Our Customer is an American financial services and digital payments company based in San Francisco, California. They’re working to help their diverse audiences — sellers, individuals, artists, fans, developers, and all the people in between — overcome barriers to access the economy.
We are seeking a highly motivated Law Enforcement Response Analyst on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Review, index, and process legal requests from domestic and international law enforcement and civil subpoenas
- Ensure all requests are handled in compliance with applicable laws, privacy guidelines, and terms of service
- Communicate with law enforcement agencies in writing and by phone to coordinate responses
- Develop, document, and implement scalable policies and procedures
- Provide support to attorneys and investigator team members
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Trust and Safety, and Information Security teams
- Maintain quality standards while managing high volumes of time-sensitive requests
- Drive process improvements through cross-functional collaboration
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a Law Enforcement Response Analyst or similar role
- Strong ability to stay highly organized while managing competing priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with external entities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review lengthy legal documents accurately
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations
