Lead Generation Manager

We are an Outsourced Bookkeeping & Accounting firm. We need someone who can network within their local market for companies seeking an outsourced bookkeeper. We will not use digital marketing. This is a hand-to-hand lead generation role. Sign up to local business groups, go to conferences, find companies or Venture Capital firms which need our services. The position could be ongoing and is not limited in timeframe. Flexible in terms of hours worked per week. Could be 5-20 hours per week. Ability to sell our outsourced bookkeeping/accounting services in-person, over email/phone is critical. You'll be selling these services to Founders/CEOs and Venture Capital firms. Networking will be a strong component. Strong written and spoken communication is a must and strong skills relating to responsiveness are important. The position is 100% remote. Both cash and incentive compensation will be included. Incentive could be 3-4x cash compensation if successful.

The ideal candidate would be located in metropolitan markets such as Los Angeles, NYC metro, Austin and/or San Fran/Menlo Park.
