Our Customer is seeking a Lead Producer on a contract basis to join the North America Sponsored Production team. The Lead Producer will work directly with internal creative and sales teams, external brands, agencies, and vendors to create best-in-class creative. This role will require management and oversight across multiple campaigns for top tier clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely across multiple cross-functional teams, have excellent communication skills in client and vendor management, and possess strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project. This role is hybrid (4 days onsite and 1 day remote/week) in NYC or Santa Monica, CA.

As a Quality Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving product quality standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for multiple projects at any given time
  • Establish, manage, and clearly communicate timelines as well as a transparent project management process that emphasizes quality and efficiency with vendor, advertiser and teams
  • Manage client communications, questions and approvals throughout production process
  • Proactively manage any potential challenges during asset development and provide creative solutions
  • Manage 3rd party vendors to execute agreed upon scope of work
  • Responsible for securing final asset approval from client and agency partners
  • Deliver on large projects with many dependencies to support growth
  • Optimize new programs and strategy with sales and cross-functional teams
  • Suggest & deliver new programs & scalable solutions
  • Recommend improvements to project management process to increase efficiency and quality
  • Act as creative ambassador of guidelines and best practices for Creator campaigns


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 7+ years of project management or production experience
  • Creative or ad agency experience
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Ability to constructively navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Keynote, Google Suite
  • Organizational and good communication skills
  • Solution-focused


Preferred:

  • Experience working with advertising clients in a support function
  • Experience with influencer marketing/talent management agencies
  • Familiarity with augmented reality and video trends
  • Understanding of current social media and Creator landscape
  • Experience working in Salesforce and Monday.com.
