We are seeking a contract Lead Specialist, IT Systems Engineering to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is onsite in Princeton, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Recommends alterations to developments and designs; improving quality of products/procedures.
- Consults for developing of solutions.
- Identifies opportunities and recommends solutions for improving service efficiency/effectiveness.
- Works closely with Project Management Office and stakeholders; providing guidance/advice on infrastructure issues.
- Provides levels II/III support for Hardware and Operating System issues.
- Documents Operational procedures; hand-off to the Operations Group.
- Understands/communicates, Strategic/Global Initiatives and Infrastructures.
- Consults to aid the development of solutions.
- Identifies opportunities and recommends solutions for improving service efficiency/effectiveness.
