Lead Specialist, IT Systems Engineering (Princeton, NJ)

We are seeking a contract Lead Specialist, IT Systems Engineering to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is onsite in Princeton, NJ.


Responsibilities:

• Recommends alterations to developments and designs; improving quality of products/procedures.
• Consults for developing of solutions.
• Identifies opportunities and recommends solutions for improving service efficiency/effectiveness.
• Works closely with Project Management Office and stakeholders; providing guidance/advice on infrastructure issues.
• Provides levels II/III support for Hardware and Operating System issues.
• Documents Operational procedures; hand-off to the Operations Group.
• Understands/communicates, Strategic/Global Initiatives and Infrastructures.
• Consults to aid the development of solutions.
• Identifies opportunities and recommends solutions for improving service efficiency/effectiveness.
