Our Customer is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Contingent Worker to serve as a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support their business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, operations, and quality assurance. The LMS Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of learning management system, ensuring seamless delivery of training and certification programs to the learners.

This role is 100% remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the learning management system, including troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring data integrity
  • Create and manage learning events within the LMS
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop and upload course content
  • Monitor and analyze system metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features or functionality
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as data privacy and accessibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service to learners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Document processes and procedures, contributing to the development of best practices for LMS administration
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in LMS administration, making recommendations for improvements to the system



Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in LMS administration, educational technology, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of LMS platforms
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as data privacy and accessibility
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in LMS administration
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS (ability to create and edit web pages)


Preferred:

  • Experience with Intellum LMS is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in LMS administration Proficiency in HTML/CSS (ability to create and edit web pages)
