Job description

We are seeking a Lease Administration Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new stores for the client
  • Reading the lease and interpreting important dates/call-outs
  • Working with client vendors
  • Working internally on client systems to create rent
  • Issuing Date Certificates
  • Using lease interpretation skills


Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3+ years of experience
  • Microsoft Office suite - Moderate Excel and Outlook skills
  • Real estate database experience
  • Basic lease admin experience
  • Lease Interpretation skills, specifically commercial
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Detail oriented


Preferred:
  • Commercial real estate operational expense knowledge
  • Knowledge of what the relationship is between a landlord and a tenant.
