\We are seeking a Legal Operations Project Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid onsite in Mountain View, CA.
What You'll Do:
- Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders Legal System Administration
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance of Legal, Compliance & Policy Organization (LCPO) systems, including e-billing, document management, contract management, and case management tools
- Collaborate with LCPO Practice Group leads to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
- Coordinate LCPO Operations projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget
- Partner with LCPO’s IT lead to maintain LCPO projects/systems in the enterprise tracking tool
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise
- Liaise with external vendors and partners as needed to support project objectives
- Suggest and implement enhancements to legal systems and workflows by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices
- Provide training and support to legal staff in the use of legal technology and systems
- Monitor and assess the performance of legal technology tools and recommend upgrades or changes as necessary
- At least 5+ years of end to end project management experience
- Contract management experience
- Case management experience
- Smartsheet experience
