Job description

Our Customer is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Contingent Worker to serve as a Legal Program Manager to help support their business needs. This role is 100% remote and candidates must sit in Eastern Standard time zone.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the secondment process to legal stakeholders, including agreement review and assistance with processing documents.
- Work with alternative legal service providers (ALSPs) to ensure they are updated with process changes.
- Accept, research, and obtain approval for conflict waivers.
- Review and recommend or approve agreements, including, but not limited to, conflict waivers, master retention agreements, and engagement letters.
- Present and explain acceptance or rejection of agreements to law firms and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups in troubleshooting issues related to secondments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience
- Legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Customer service skills
- PMI or PMP certification.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently, be organized, and manage one’s time.
- Strong ability to create relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience.
