Job description

Our customer offers automobile, homeowners, and other personal lines of insurance to members across 23 states and the District of Columbia. Our customer is looking for a contract Legal Technology Solution Analyst to support the administration, configuration, and integration of the legal technology applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of legal business processes and the ability to translate these into effective technical solutions. This role involves working closely with legal teams, IT staff, and external vendors to ensure that the technology solutions meet the needs of the clients and internal stakeholders.


This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:


Administration and Configuration:

  • Administer and configure the TeamConnect application for matter management and e-billing.
  • Ensure the application is optimized for performance and user experience.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and roles within the application.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with legal standards.
  • Ensure seamless integration of document management systems with other legal applications.

Integration and Conversion:

  • Design and implement integration solutions between legal applications and other systems (e.g. document management platforms)
  • Manage data conversion and migration projects to ensure seamless transitions.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of legal applications to identify areas for optimization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in legal technology to recommend and implement improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in legal technology solution analysis, with a focus on matter management and e-billing applications.
  • Proven experience in administering and configuring the TeamConnect application.
  • Familiarity with integration and conversion capabilities in legal technology.
  • Nice to have: Working knowledge of legal document management platforms such as iManage, NetDocs, or eDocs.
  • Proficiency in the administration and configuration of TeamConnect.
  • Working knowledge of TeamConnect APIs and custom development.
  • Strong understanding of legal business processes and workflows.
  • Experience with cloud-based legal applications and platforms.
  • Working knowledge of integration and data conversion techniques.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Java is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage small projects and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
