We are seeking a Legislative Implementation Associate on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
The Legislation Implementation Associate Role will sit within the company’s Policy Products team. The role is responsible for the implementation of regulatory compliance products related to Short Term Rental regulations, and to provide ongoing support to governments using those products.
What You'll Do:
- Be an expert on regulatory products and be able to explain those products to cross functional teams as well as external stakeholders
- Manage internal intake process when a new regulatory product is required; including gathering and inputting necessary information from a government to build the product and working with the engineering & operations teams to project manage the implementation on behalf of the Policy team
- Deploy a suite of non-technical solutions including responsible hosting pages and customer service talking points after laws are passed
- Onboarding government staffers into the suite of products built for their jurisdictions. This could include developing a webinar or conducting live trainings
- Being the point of contact to government users after they are onboarded to help with any questions they might have. Some of these questions might be able to be answered with quick off the shelf responses, others will require custom replies based on internal cross-functional collaboration
Must-haves:
- 3+ years of relevant experience (Code enforcement, regulatory compliance, account management, software sales and implementation, customer success, or similar fields)
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player in a cross-functional work environment while producing the highest caliber work product in a timely manner
- Experience thriving in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize work dealing with multiple stakeholders with competing interests
- Passion for working with clients and providing a high level of customer service
- Commitment to modeling inclusive behavior
- Familiarity with digital marketing and comms tools and metrics of importance
- Experience with Salesforce, Asana and Jira is a plus
