Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing, loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly-owned online bank subsidiary.

We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Business-to-Business on a contract basis to help our Customer execute provider engagement marketing campaigns across all health and wellness industry segments. This role is fast-paced and will manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive growth, including direct mail, email, and digital. This role is 100% remote.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and execute B2B and B2B2C multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, direct mail, digital channels, and marketing collateral
  • Segmentation and prioritization of target audiences
  • Partner with industry marketing teams to identify and execute marketing opportunities
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to execute campaigns
  • Partner with analytics teams to measure impact, and leverage data to drive future campaigns
  • Coordinate projects from start to finish through Workfront and secure approvals from legal and compliance
  • Executive-level presentation development and delivery
  • Manage budget including forecasting and tracking

Must Haves:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Marketing experience that includes innovating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, direct mail, and digital channels
  • Workfront experience
  • Experience with routing projects through legal and compliance
  • Experience with Coupa or equivalent budgeting tool
  • Demonstrated experience in basic business-to-business (B2B) marketing, including content creation
  • Experience managing creative agencies
  • Experience with and strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and programs
  • Curious, flexible, high energy, self-starter with an emphasis on action
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, environment and manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Executive verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or in lieu of degree, high school diploma/GED, and 5+ years of Marketing experience

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote.
