By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.
Our customer is seeking a Listings Operations Associate on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Operate- You’re not afraid to dig deep into the technical and operational details, troubleshoot issues, and become an expert in new tools and workflows as the company continues to innovate and grow.
- Build- You enjoy building & maintaining processes that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability for campaign operations.
- Analyze- You’re comfortable translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve campaign accuracy, efficiency, and overall business impact. Partner- You thrive in cross-functional environments and can collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Engineering and Marketing teams.
- Manage- You can balance multiple workstreams simultaneously, utilize cutting edge AI-driven tooling, maintain strong organization, and deliver clear and actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in scaled ad operations, digital advertising, data entry, or data audit; high growth startup experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, can manage effectively in a matrixed environment and can move quickly to balance and reprioritize campaigns based on changing information.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high volume in a fast-paced environment while maintaining our best in class quality expectations. Strong ability to work autonomously to troubleshoot issues, communicate to cross-functional stakeholders, escalate when required, and drive campaign issues to full resolution.
- Self-starter who thrives in changing environments and is eager to expand your skill set.
Nice to haves :
- You have maintained and managed a large list of client campaigns
- You have experience driving product improvements with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams
- You have utilized AI tools in the past like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini to improve and enhance your workflows
- You have experience pulling reports from Salesforce, Sigma, Tableau, or another data
